Try search Kastor UI and you will find what you search for :)
There is a very good forum with a nice step by step tut.
Dont know if i can tell the url here, but type "theme fx for s60v5" in google and you will sure get there ^^
There are a lot of new packs with funny fx.
This fx work for hacked phones that can turn theme fx on and off.
If you really need any help just ask ;)
Just some vids of some packs :

How much more simple do you want it ?
The steps in the first post is everything you need.
Phone needs to be hacked and open4all on.
1. You will have to use a program like xplore to find the EFSrv.dll. It can be found under z:\sys\bin. This EFSrv.dll should be copyed to a place where you can get it from your phone to the pc (Memory card/Mass memory ....).
2. Put the dll in the folder where the c2z.exe is. I hope this is in that download pack you can get from first post. If not, tell me and i will upload one 4 you.
3. Hit the c2z.exe. It will create a c2z.rmp in the same folder.
4. Take that rmp and put it in your patches folder on your phone.
5. When you now start rompatcher, you shold see the c2z. Try if it gets green. If yes, you are half way through.
6. Sorry about this one, but i dont post packs here from other forums. It is a nice comunity and they made lots of fx packs. It feels like stealing to me. So here it is up to you to get a pack from somewhere. If you google what i sayed earlyer, you will find easy.
7. If you have a pack, get it on your phone and unzip it (xplore). There should be 2 folders that have to go to c:\resource. A skins and a effects folder. This should be done with open4all on. Just get them from your memory card/mass memory and then to c:\resource.
If there is no skin folder inside the zip/rar, copy your own skin folder first from z:\resource to memory card/mass memory and then to c:\resource.
8. If all went well so far, and c2z is green. Go and turn theme fx off and back on. Thats it. FX should be working.
Hope i wrote right, this is not my nativ language.
If more questions, fell free to ask ^^

Sorry, i dont think so. Do you have the option to turn theme effects on and off in your phone ?
Only phones that have that option can do so.
I found a app writen in python that helps a lot to get this easy done.

This fx usually works if you have default "Theme Effects" on your phone. Like N97 and 5800xm. So check it first if you have this app on your phone. If not, i don't think it will work.

Hey there is a patch available for 5320 which enable hidden
menu. But prblm is u can only
see the hidden but cant use
them.
By this patch we get theme
effect option in themes. If any1
is master in symbian patch plz
plz make a patch or setting or
anything which will practically
activate visible option 'theme
effect' option for 5320. That will be a miracle...!
