now i guide you to get your certificate and key from Imobile.com.cn. And you'll get your cer after 3 hours.
Now let you go to imobile website at :

http://isign.imobile.com.cn/

And do this steps.

Step 1: First Register an account.

Step 2 : Apply your imei (*#06#)

After register successful, the system redirect you to this location. Click the green button :

How to get it to work:

1. Download the signtool.zip NOT the signtool2.zip
2. Extract it and run the program
3. Input username into top text box, i think u may have to click the button beside the username box but not sure
4. Drag and drop hellox2.sis program or whatever one you want into the box below where it says "SISX"
5. Click the button beside the bottom textbox and select location to output file
6. Click the left hand button just below the large box which has the name of the file eg hellox2.sis that you dragged into it
7. New signed file will be created
8. Click ok and get signed file

No Sir, it will not work with any apps that I've signed with S60 Signer, such as mapdrives, or heliOx.

I've bookmarked the link you posted, I will check it out tomorrow. I'm on a Mac for the rest of the night and most of the day tomorrow. Will report back.

And of course, now it works.

The drakkarious certificate had one bad IMEI in it (not mine). The imobile certificate seemed to properly sign the appplications.

Brother xiia0vin.... this means on or before they will be able to provide you the certi. & key but you need to have lot of patience... coz for some people it has generated within a minute, for some couple of hours and some couple of days, and why not for me it took 8 days...hence just don't think about it but make sure atleast once in a day you login and click on the second tab to check whether you have received your certi & key as guided in the picture...

you doesn't need to enter password!!! just locate your imobile cert & key in signsis application to sign any application.for ex. helloox v2.01 and hack your phone...

I use SignSis 1.01 and when I try to sign with my Imobile cert and key I get "Error Load Key File!" message. There is a password field too in this SignSis, should I put something there?

I can sign with another KEY file that has blank password but the resulting SISX gets cert error and won't install.

I registered and made the request about 2 weeks ago but I'm getting the same problem as Andrison - there is a tick indicating that the cert is ready but no download button. Instead there is a drop down list with 2 items and a button - selecting either of them downloads a signsis tool??? (see andrisons screenshot).

The date displayed next to the tick is 23/08/2013 which i'm guessing is when the cert will expire? Have been waiting days now and still the same.

i think the tick box is talking about putting notes or description. i left it unchecked and i could still receive the signed .sis

hey verify ur phone's IMEI and does not give you ur certificate and key. Instead thy want you to upload ur file to be certified. Moreover, you have to upload files which are bigger than 10k if not they wont sign ur unsigned file.

I got this method to work, I got my cert from iMobile, and successfully installed HelloOX. However, the steps that were outlined were not 100% clear. When you say "If you see this image....." there is some confusion there. I tried downloading both SignTool, and SignTool2 from that page, and neither of those showed up on my screen like it was described (no user name textbox). So, I clicked around on the site for a while, and eventually came across a different place to download SignTool from, and that time it looked like I was expecting and I got it to work.

this is where I clicked to get the Sign Tool that matched the instructions.

edit: when you click the link it downloads 'SignTool2.zip' but inside the zip it's just 'signtool.exe'

don't download the signtool,. but the Imobilehelper (first on the list) and insert your nickname in the box above
then drag file to big box below or click th first key from the left under the nickname to add a sis/sisx file(s) and then click on the 3rd button in the row just above the big box, as shown on the picture:

on the popup click ok and in the folder where the sis files where should be the signed ones, too
btw the second button is probably for unsigning...

and finally thnx for this thread worked great finished everything in 1,5 hrs.

put a req to RAMISUMI (http://www.symbiantalk.net/showthread.php?9298-Post-Your-Requests-To-RAMISUMI-for-Symbian-Developer-Certificate-from-OPDA-for-Sign-sis-files-and-hacking-your-Phone-.&p=23691&viewfull=1#post23691) he will get your cert and key in no time bro

i downloaded first the signer2 tool

it gave me the following message:

"unable to install constrained bu the certificate"

downloaded the signer tool but didn't work*(appreciate if you put a pic of how to work with it)

at last i downloaded the helper mobile to get the same result
