Install Winterboard from cydia..Then browse the root of ur iphone or ipod touch.. root > var > stash >Themes And Copy the (.Theme )Folder in theme folder I would recommend Use Disc Aid And Browse That Directory Of themes....

thank you, I've managed to install it, the only problem is when I click on any icon from this theme the highlight of the icon is misplaced by a few pixels...kind of anoing
