Nokia 5230 view changing

I was just wandering if anybody knew a way to stop my nokia 5230 from changing views when it is turned sideways as it is driving me up the wall lol

go to settings, then, phone, then sensor settings, then go to turning control, De-select auto rotate display.... :-)
