Patch : Accelerate the Typing

*** Patch: ShortMultiTap ***
When press a key in Notepad/SMS/Contacts you must wait 1 second before
it shows, so that you can type a new one.
This patch reduces the time to 0.5 seconds, for experienced typists.
The repeat rate 0.6 seconds is also reduced: the long-press becomes 0.3



For slow typists, these will double the values: LongMultiTap

Simply put it in e:\patches and run RomPatcher to activate patch and add it to auto

tested , it's so nice especially in chatting
