I had the same problem as you and I tried several times before I read a text about formating the mass memory and after that shut down the phone and then you keep pressing the volume down key, the camera key, the menu key and the power key until you hear the vibrating. After that you release only the power buton(key), but not the other 3 until the two hands shaking appear on the screen. And than you can try to install directly( for me it worked great). Hope it will work for you too.
