Hi mate, if your game is installed on your SD card (you can see that in settings/applications/manage applications/[your game]) put the folder file in sd/android/data/[name of the package], if the game is installed in your phone, put the folder file in your phone/data/data/gameloft/[name of the package] ( root acess is required)
An easy way To know the name of the package is to make a backup of the game with a file manager, then your game is saved as a .apk in the folder "backup" in your SD card and it's name is usually the name of the package =p
Edit: an example with shadow guardian: (i've selected move to SD card)
SD\Android\data\com.android.gameloft.ANMP.GloftSGH P.ML\file
(And of course, the folder sdfiles is renamed to GloftSGHP and put in SD\gameloft\games\ )

If you can't put it in your phone with root explorer, Select "move to SD card" and put it in sd/Android etc..
