You will have to use the correct version of installserver to the C:\sys\bin folder bro.
Then u wont get the file corrupted error..!!!
And once u have moved the installserver to the path, uninstall rompatcher lite and install the rompatcher+ bro...!!
Then u can use the open4all patch..!!!
