Thank you but I do the procedure exactly how must to be but in my Sony Ericsson Vivaz U5 when i reach to (Enter your product key) I put UMUMS30D-TRIAL it start (activation in progress) after it stops and shows (A communication failure has occurred retrying.)

help please

I tried using Wifi and 3g internet it shows same

I downloaded the trial UMU Mobile security from there official site and I receive the same error "A communication failure has occurred retrying" What to do can you use other antivirus program PLEASE!

hey thanks man!!! very good news for my vivaz.. but, my vivaz currently in the service center.. I've checked the Umu for SE .sis in your package.. it's signed with self-signed certificate (siscontents).. am I correct? If self-signed, how come I can install it without certificate error? thanks a lot..

edit : ups.. sorry.. It's working it's already signed

The file alrdy hv a 'UMU Ltd.' certificate.! Check with installing again, u wil see a second installation, 'UMU Mobile Security', chk its cert details...
