That file is almost 1 gb in size.. You can easily flash without it... Just go to options in the flash screen and you will see all files in the next box and click on the red mmc file and delete and then click ok and continue your flash...

You can flash without it but doing that is like giving ur phone Hard Reset or Soft Reset

Please my phone died shortly after update to Belle FP1. Please can you upload for me the files i need to flash it with Phoenix. My phone model is Nokia 701 and the product code is 059H232.
I have tried flashing it but it never completes because i don't have the flash file. Please Help. I will be waiting for the links. Thanks.

If flashing fails in belle Fp1 I would recommend everyone to delete the mmc/emmc.fpsx content file(Phoenix-> Flashing->Option).
Or if you want it to be refurbished, I would recommend you make it mandatory instead of optional.

Most of the flashing fails because of the system failure to write the content files to the mass memory or memory card. In any case it is purely optional as I said before.
