Try Epocware Handy Shell v1.04, IMHO in basic way is quite similiar to t9 nav I think. It's pretty cool (modify some setting, and you will like it very much). Really, try it!

if u have certificate then hack ur mobile. hack never damage ur mobile or warranty. hacking just a method bypassing symbian security protocol.
