GPU Driver Update Samsung Galaxy W GT-I8150

These are the GPU drivers from Samsung Galaxy W GT-I8150. By updating to these your graphics scores will rise significantly.

Installing:
-extract the .rar file
-place the file to /system/lib/egl
-adb for advanced, root explorer works as well
-reboot and benchmark

AnTuTu Benchamark results:

Before:
2D Graphics: 278
3D Graphics: 832
Cpu Freq: 1,4GHz
Total Score: 3209

After:
2D Graphics: 285
3D Graphics: 1161
Total Score: 3602

Well, 3D performance improved in nearly 1.5 times, the test with knights with the old drivers had 30-35 fps, with new - 55-58 fps.

Don't update this.. Most probably this will not be working & your device will stuck in bootloop

this is only for samsung devices with adreno205..
for other devices there also need to update libs & kernal.. so its not ready to work on all devices directly...

correct, these update only work for samsung devices with adreno 205 like Galaxy W I8150 !!

m' workin' on a universal updatable of these drivers for all adreno205 devices...

this is not easy to port..
this need the newest gingerbread kernel 2.6.35.7 ( msm linux kernel ) or later for general devices
if you had you have it then ot is easy to do..

most of the devices would be getting this update by their manufacturers in future...
