Psidoc SDHC driver 16GB SDHC (Tested) install .cab file for ALL UNIVERSAL WM5 Roms

Following on from bennyyen's excellent work in getting 8GB SDHC cards working on WM5 without breaking anything else, including the WIFI, which was the biggest problem.
I have made an install .cab file for those that want to keep with their existing WM5 rom but want full Sdhc support. We now have reports of 16GB SDHC cards being fully functional as well.
I have noticed that my AData card does go to sleep and not wake up, so has to be reinserted every now and again but I think that is just the card as it did this with WM6 (It was cheap).
Please if you try this .cab can you report back your experiences on weather it's working 100%, not working for you (please include rom details) or you have to re-insert the card from time to time. Also please add your SDHC Card details so we can see which works and which has problems

Tested on O2 XDA Exec (WM5) with 32GB microsdhc card using an SD adaptor. Works perfectly. Also, lets me switch seamlessly from sdhc to 2gb sd card.
