hi! I have the same problem with my samsung galaxy next (s5570)...first of all, I uninstalled 3.5.16 version, then I tried to install signed version (because my phone is unrooted) but it doesn't work...why?

You have to remove entire market app for this you need rooted device

I removed Play Store app then again try to install modded version but app not installed...
