Hai Bro, me using Nokia N8, i have updated OS to belle refresh, let me know how to hack my mobile. I tried through Norton method prviously belle process, but it wont worked now, let me know the modifications in belle refresh.

What does hacked basically mean in NOkia Symbian Belle, is it equivalent to "Rooted" in Android?

Yes and No

Yes because it help nokia or symbian users to reach their system folders and made them able to modify their system
and
No because in android you can install many cracked.. or hacked application without rooting.. but in nokia or symbian devices you can't install any unsigned application without hacking your installer server or having your own certificate.
