Upgrading C7 from Belle to Anna, is it really good ?

Hello i have Nokia C7 with Symbian Anna unhacked . I heard from lots more guys Belle is very good than Anna . But also found some guys reporting there is problem on Belle of playing flv videos , youtube etc . Also no way to put widgets offline so it reduces balance everytime with internet , Are those problems really there ? Or there is fix for it ? Any other problems ? If anyone have upgraded C7 from Anna to Belle please let me know , is that good upgrade or not , cause i think there is no way we can downgrade C7 .

Hello, i use Belle Delight (http://n8delight.blogspot.com/2012/0...52-for-c7.html) and i can say it's great. It's better then Nokia-Belle !
