JoikuSpot can't start on my Belle fp1, help needed

the joikuspot always says can't start on my device and i dont know why ? any solution..,
i installed the 2012edition and light version and both says Can't start

phone Belle fp1 hacked
with whatsapp running in the background

any help will be appreciated many many thx
