nokia N8 boot dead

hi ! i have nokia N8 16G ,
when i play song the device it freez , i pull out the battery after that i put in the battery power on but i can see the logo nokia and it's shutdown .
i try hard reset it not work ..if some the other way have please help me..

flash with phoenix.
