How to Speed Up Your Samsung Galaxy SII/SIII - No Root Needed

Hey guys.
Found that little note while browsing the Internet, it allow us to make animations works smoother than before.

The tweak comes thanks to the geniuses at the XDA Developer’s Forum and anyone can use it, whether their phone’s rooted or not.
You can easily reverse the steps if something goes wrong, so give it a try.

Follow these steps:

1. Open Settings
2. Open Developer options (second from the bottom of the list)
3. In the User interface section, choose Window animation scale
4. Select one of the options with multiplier higher than default one is
5. Select Transition animation scale and again choose an option with higher multiplier

And done!
As I said it's working on SGS II/III but you can try it on your phone as well.
I think this option came with 4.0.3 or 4.0.4 update of ICS but I'm not sure. Just look for it.
