If you want MEditor in your language, send me translated English.lang file (you can find it in C/system/apps/meditor/lang/) and lang code of your langugae (EN - 1, SK - 26, RU - 16 ...)

Description:
MEditor 1.21 works with exe, dll, pyd, ldd, reg.rsc files.
- ability to create hash (if hack is ON, then hash is saved to C/sys/hash, if hack is OFF then hash is saved to C/)
- edit prior./max heap/min heap/uid3
- when editing uid3 also change secure id if you want
- compress/decompress function (can analyze if file is already compressed or decompressed)
- if you open file from Z disc and make something, file will be saved on C disc
- you can use search feature to find file
- can show capabilities of file and of course you can edit it
- can analyze type of file (EPOC, ROM)
- can show infos about EPOC file (size, type(epoc/rom) and more)
- can show basic info about ROM file
- can replace HEX data (limit: file must be smaller than 0,5 mb)
- can show basic infos about ***_reg.rsc file, and can edit UID3 ***_if reg.rsc
- recreate and recalculate hash if needed (you are editing file from E/sys/bin or F/sys/bin)
- can replace all UID3 values in file (limit: file must be smaller than 0,5 mb)
- show processname, app name, author name if these data are available
- settings: you can activate backup feature (program will create backup file:filename.type_bak), also you can activate Ask before exit feature

ِCouple of questions about the use of it.
1 when we change an exe in e or f drive the software automatically prompts us to rehash, but when the exe is in c drive, it doesn't. Does this mean we don't have to rehash the ones on c drive?

2 when using a modified version of an exe file to be launched before the phone splash screen, the phone chain reboots, am i missing something to do or should i add a specific value beside rehashing?

1. Yes, no need create hash file for file which is in C/sys/bin

Thanks for your kind answers, i have more questions if you don't mind.
1 what is the use of compress decompress function of exe? Is it to retrieve the full strings in the exe or is it for something else? and when to use it?
2 the heap size, i notice that if i change the value of heap max and minimum size of a certain applications, it doesn't run at all. Is there any limitation in the use of this function?
3 Is it a problem if we are editing and saving an exe that is running?

Suggestion:
1 Could you implement a little description of each capability when selecting it? For the users to know which capability they need to attribute or disable.
2 If possible, give the exe the system attribute.

Let me state some of the benefits of this application:
- user can give priority to apps he doesn't want the system to autoshut down when resources are running low.
- user can experience an overclocked version of his favorite application(s)
- user will notice a boosted mobile speed if he applies a general strategy to his always running background apps.
- user can boost the speed of the sluggiest and the most slow apps.
- with the heap size function, user can reduce the footprint on ram memory usage by always running applications which will definitely solve the problem of low ram memory devices.
- user can disable ads in applications he uses that do not require internet connectivity.
- user can disable the positioning capability in applications he doesn't want to track him.
- user can have an overview of any executable, and with little bit of knowledge in symbian, he will be able to analyze and spot malwares if there are any.
- user can fix the problem of (unable to run application for security reasons) by recreating hash file.
