Never have this downloading problem from filehost..
all i do disable internet download manager (download accelerator) thats all.. (just hold alt key when click download)
sometime filehost may display you are already downloading files that means you are using dedicated ip all you have to do disconnect Internet then reconnect u will get new ip try to download again.
