Ram & Rom Memory

First of all hi to everyvone

I had one question! I have xperia Arc S and im wery satisfied with this phone it runs every game and program on this forum but, problem is this Im alvayse runnig on LOW RAM MEMORY and ROM MEMORY so my question is did somewone know a really good program for android to realese some RAM & ROM MEMORY im alwayse had about 100-110 free ram and rom memory?? Please gays help I need more MEMORY if is posible Im running on ICS 4.04 and i need a really good program for memory? Thankes in Advice

buddy Rom is basically your OS.so we can't edit rom.if you don't know much about your phoe then you should take a look at XDAdevelopers.search it on google.there you can find how to install roms , how to root or other modding suff.
We are not developers we are just uploaders we can give you games , Apps , themes.

You can kill loaded app for getting more free ram use advance task manager pro. You can't increase rom because its restricted by hardware

Ok gays well about roms(i do not need roms for my phone im satified whit sony stock ICS works great) we dont understood i ment ram/rom(RUNNING SERVICE OR CHACED PROGRAMS app that continuesly use memory and alwayse work in bedground)-memory ! Ok so you shofi suggest me to use " advance task manager pro" is there more good program did you try it something that really work?
