In my college there is a download restriction(rather bandwidth is limited) of 5mb from there wifi. I want to know is there any way of removing that restriction from my android phone ar from windows. One more question is there any way of restricting the connection to a wifi so that only laptop can connect and mobile phones does not?
Plz if someone replies , give a brief explanation.
