this is very cool apps.we can modify as we like.
Belle topbar 3.0 latest vrzn now for s60v5 with new feature.32 skins uploaded
many skins support.

How it,s work?
1st hack ur mobile
2nd install belle topbar apps
3rd extract 2patches in patch folder and apply and add the auto all patches
4th open apps belle topbar and hide.
5th after done kill home screen via handy task
6th swyipe up2down for open nd swipe down2up for close done
we can add more apps on home screen like desk clock .extra icon menu.smart workspace
as u like. Enjoy
