TomTom Android v.1.0 All Full include TomTom.apk + metadata.xml + content/maps
All TomTom.apk are made easy to install, just made a' "map" in root of sd-card called "tomtom"
Unzip all and put in all the content you have downloaded inside this map "tomtom",
Disable any Data or WiFi connection.
Run the apk and your done

Warning: to prevent TomTom to "Phone Home" and possibly disabling the navigation, always turn Data and Wi-Fi OFF before using
ALSO WHEN YOU INSTALL THIS SOFTWARE FIRST TIME!!!!!
Do not try to buy any in-app purchases or "Live Data" features...use in off-line mode only.

If it don't run first time, then tryout to change one line in metadata.xml file
