How can I create a mod apk for a game ?

For example , I have Subway Surf game and I used a Titanium Backup to get money and everything ....

Now the Q : How can I create a mod APK of it ? because my friend want it and he does not ROOT his device !

use apkTools. apk Tools have many version. Search which version you need.
