**The service is currently available in more than 55 European metropolitan areas. Urban Guidance is a Live service and therefore requires a data connection.

Note:
- Positioning your smartphone correctly in the vehicle is very important to ensure optimal GPS reception and for your own safety! Ensure that this is always positioned outside of the range of the airbags!
- NAVIGON is an on-board solution. This means that all map material, voice announcements and system files are saved on the telephone. Therefore no charges or waiting time for data transfer are incurred.
- The Italian version requires approx. 1,2GB of free memory. Please ensure you have sufficient available mass-storage space (SD card). The map material must be downloaded after installing the app via wireless Internet on the smartphone. Please ensure a reliable and safe connection is available.
- On first startup a short data connection (ca. 25kB) is required to register your product

doesn't work for me, says " This copy of Navigon is not genuine, Please bay one from Naviigon "

Not working on Huawei G500 pro rooted, stock ROM. " An error has occurred. Check the Network and/or Internet Connection"

dbout as you are rooted. Do you have Internet or wifi connection bro? Go to system Root/data/dalvik-cache. Do you have "Navigon@........apk@classes.dex" file.

beautyangel, When I' m opening Navigon app I 'm already connected to Internet via wifi working normally other tasks. In \data\dalvik-cache i have the file named as: "data@app@com.navigon.navigator_checkout_eu40-1.apk@classes.dex"

Additionally In sdcard\Navigon the version.xml file is created containing exactly the following:

What confuses me in this file is that in the IMEI field this is not my IMEI (verified by *#06# and also in devices' stickers).

Any ideas please?

dbout Buddy. delete all dex and Odex file.

Uninstall navigon and delete all navigon files

go in recovery mode.

wipe your dalvik cache.

Reinstall navigon with Wifi or data on.

It gonna works.

Since I am on stock ROM and I don't have the cwm recovery option I should proceed with the wipe data/factory reset. Am I correct?

NNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO that will wipe your entire rom. (back to factory settings)

Thank you. Actually I didn't proceed to this action since I was not that sure.
So what should I do in order to wipe dalvik cache. Will it work if I do it from Rom tool kit?

Yes full wipe gonna make your mobile as factory reset.

Always remember before a full wipe. Do a backup. If need You have Titanium Backup.

Where as Wipe dalvik cache is only for all your system file gonna be clean. From a dalvik wipe. You can de clean re-install.
