How to Enable In-App Purchases on Galaxy S3 ?

Hello Everyone ..
I have a question .. I've played tower and trolls and when tried to unlock new maps I couldn't do it despite i have enough coins and points .. the game was asking me to enable in-app purchases first to be able to unlock new maps ... can someone please help me how to do that ... thanks in advance

If you asking to be able to buy things within any app, I think you need to set up payment methods so the app knows who it is charging. So you need a Google account and also set-up payment methods linked to your account

And if it fails complaining that is isn't available for your country, try changing the time zone to russia+4. Apparently that works, I haven't got around to trying that yet as it moans its unsuitable for my country (UK)
