Bad boy i can help you . First of all copy the desire file(msg.r01) to
E/main root the to using xplore then keep the cursor on this file and press 6 key there are three option ok and you see ticked read only then you untick this attribute
go to rom patcher and apply open4all patch then you go to mobihex and edit the file successfully . Ok
