Changes: Installation errors fixed, I had to split installation packages

Instructions:
1. Install maps_mod.sisx (for phones with maps in fw or older maps installed, overwrite now ok) or maps_mod_not_installed.sisx (for phones without maps)
2. If you want to use Wi-Fi positioning features, install packages from Wi-Fi positioning support.zip

1. Clean installation with uninstaller (should also work after a Hard reset)

Update version for people with installed 3.03 unsupported or any other version without uninstaller. adds a uninstaller.

2b if 2a dosent work this version is for updating to the 3.04 release it dosent contain the uninstaller its not recommded from me, but should work for "Broken 3.03 unsupported" update.

To theone: In which phase you get error? And what about using older maps? Did you try to overwrite old version or you have "clean phone"?
