Hack Newest Firmwares N97, 5730, E75, N86 Etc

Some latest Nokia's firmwares are designed to prevent user from hacking (opening platform security) their phone. The changes seemed to have successfully interfere with HelloOx operation, thus rendering our device unhackable.

I've just found out this new method from neighborhood forum and some folks have already confirmed this hack works on following devices:
Nokia N79 v30.011.051.1
Nokia 6220c v5.15
Nokia E75 v110.48.125
Nokia N97 v11.0.021.209.04*
Nokia E71 v300.21.012
Nokia N78 v30.011
Nokia 5730XM v100.48.122
Nokia N85 v30.19
Nokia N86 v11.043
Nokia N97 V11.0.021.C01.01
Nokia 5800XM V30.0.011
Nokia E66 v300.21.012
While some others ARE reported unhackable by this method

Confirmed doesn't work with:
Nokia E51 v400.34.011
Nokia 5630XM v11.020
Nokia E63 V30.0.01

KNOWN ISSUES:
Several users have reported that they were unable to install any application after the hack applied. the solution is to disable SWIPOLICYPATH patch in ROMPatcher.

On Nokia N97 v11.0.021.209.04, Rompatcher patches c2z and SwitchOFFRestart cannot be enabled (tnx to takt29)

FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTION EXACTLY AS IT WAS WRITTEN

USE ONLY THE ATTACHED FILES, THE ATTACHED FILES ARE ALREADY SPECIFICALLY MODIFIED TO COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING HACKING STEPS

What you'll need to provide yourself:
Certificate with 17 capabilities
Signer to sign the sisx file
Decent 3rd party filemanager
Install your favourite file manager; X-plore & Y-Browser are recommended (skip this step if you already have it installed).
Sign & Install Mapdrives
Sign & Install ROMPatcher
Sign & Install Y_browser or X-plore
Run Mapdrives (Mapdrives will map drive A:\ to c:\sys\bin with rw access!)
Uninstall Mapdrives
Put files under "Copy_to_A" folder to A:\
Restart your device
Open ROMPatcher, apply open4all.rmp, ChangeSWIpolicyPath.rmp* & Installserver_FP2.rmp
HACKED (if you're lucky enough, sorry if you aren't

if you see errors when doing steps above, you will need to copy installserver.exe from drive Z:\sis\bin\installserver.exe to C:\sis\bin\installserver.exe manually.

Please confirm whether this hack is working on your phone, instead of spewing "does this work on my blah blah".

Make sure you include your complete firmware version number.

Cool! works perfectly on n86 (fw 11.043)

When I restart the device the sys dir are not readable, so every time I need run rompatcher and apply again the patches..

works fine with n85 v30.019 except rompatcher autorun.

those having problem with ROMPatcher auto starting try this, it will work. apply the hack as mentiond in this topic and apply installserver, now download THIS and install the ROMPatcher i have provided here then put the installserverFP2 in E:/Patches, set your patches to auto (if u get the red X but dont worry), now reboot, your ROMPatcher will now work at boot and apply your patches.

ROMPatcher with WORKING Autostart attached. Just copy yout patches into E:\Patches

If you have a FP1 device like my E71 with 300.21.012 the installserver.exe from this hack doesn't work! Also attached a working one.
You don't need the swipolicy.ini patch on these devices!

1. Install the hack as described in post #1 and activate open4all patch
2. Copy my attached installserver.exe to c:\sys\bin
3. install my attached ROMPatcher over the one from the hack - autostart will work again
