Instruction:Just copy the MCleaner*.rsc file to X:\Resource\Apps\ folder
where X is the drive at which you have installed MCleaner.

A word of caution: When using flashSMS when there is no blocked numbers, Mcleaner inserts NULL/White Space character in "To" feild; So you just type anything in "To" field and then remove them (in this way the white-space character will also get removed)
Now you can add any contact or any number you want to send FlashSMS
