How is vivaz supposed to be faster, when by overclocking the Omnia Hd you can reach speeds up to 920MHz? And again I want a clear response: When you say the game runs great, toy mean that space is like space is supposed to be and the explosions are properly textured? The game on your phone does look like the screenshots? If that's the case, then maybe Omnia HD, being an older s60v5 model, might be missing some graphic api's unfortunately, or this release is problematic...

Then how most of the games work well on VIVAZ an lags on Omnia HD.

Like FISHLABS Galaxy on Fire / NFS Shift / Torn works only on Hacked VIVAZ, otherwise game starts in portrait, it should ne in landscape mode.

Come on mate, no need to be overzealous of our handsets...The above mentioned games all work fine on Omnia HD with cfw, with significantly better results for most owners of Omnia HD than owners of Vivaz/pro. NFS Shift and Disney Tron Tanks all work flawlessly, the only exception being Fishlabs Galaxy on Fire, which although runs fine (in landscape too like all of them!) has these highly annoying visual bugs, on which we elaborated before and what we're trying to do is find a solution to this strange and illogical problem...

what hack do you have on your Vivaz?
    a link would be appreciated...

Re: FISHLABS Galaxy on Fire v. 1.13(0) S60v5 signed (N0 DRM ERROR) Vivaz/Satio/SGH 8910 HD

Here are some photos to show what I've achieved with a modded version of the game (by me). I haven't done anything special, I've simply repacked the gof v1.13 with some files from gof v.11 (with drm) by using siscontents, and I've managed more often (like 2 out of 5 times) to play in survival mode with the regular space background and in-menu also.

As you can see, visual bugs continue to persevere in particular the un-textured explosions and the really weird geometric shapes. Considering that I was playing the game in landscape mode (obviously) with sound on, it rather plain to see that the matter with this release is something else entirely. And our phones (Omnia HD, Satio, Vivaz) all those with gpu are perfectly capable of handling the game. I think that the problem lies in the executable file of the game, as it was the case with v1.11 of Galaxy on Fire which had the DRM check implemented in the gof.exe . A solution is probable, but it requires a far more capable and talented hacker than me.

P.S. I would very much like, as much as many of us here, for the people who claim that the play the game flawlessly, to care to elaborate on the particulars of their situation, meaning if they run hacked firmware, the game uid, actual gameplay footage etc...so that we may all figure something out that will benefit the community...

I tried that but the problem with the white background persists with my Omnia HD although there were never any lags to speak of...the only problem is the white backround and the graphical artifacts...
