hey look at this i know its not great and we don't want background to be white ( can change it later ) tell me is it good. I know its not much good and vry fancy lol anywz just a matter of mins.

By the way raju, bro. I have created a banner with color combination as you ask. But I dont think the color combination of that image matches with vbulletin that we use.

i cannot really get the neon glow effect.. but here's what i got...


its better on black rather than the blue background....
