There are 4 main ways to get it:

1.From the zip file of your ROM

• Download the ROM you are using.
• Decompress/unzip it using 7zip/winzip .
• Open System/Framework/ in the unziped folder
• Take the framework-res.apk in system/framework/ folder.
• Place it anywhere you want (on the desktop for example).
  

2.From your phone

• Download a file manager (Astro or ES File Explorer or other...) in the Market.
• Go to /system/framework/ folder in your phone.
• Copy the framework-res.apk in your SDCard.
• Place it anywhere you want (on the desktop for example).

3. Use file from the kitchen

• You can select file of your ROM/Theme from drop-down list in file upload section.
• We have corrected files for most popular roms/themes.

4. Alternatively you can also use ThemePro to extract it from your Rom.




Before starting editing your framework-res.apk you should make an other copy of it if you want to restore your original framework.
Copy it and rename it as framework-res_ORIGINAL.apk for example.


What to do of the UOT-......... ZIP File that you made from the kitchen

1. Reboot into recovery.
2. choose "install zip from sdcard"
3. choose "choose zip from sdcard"
4. locate your file UOT-... .zip in SD
5. confirm "YES - install UOT ... .zip"
6. wait for script to finish
7. reboot phone

The concept of the circle battery is not new, the standard circle battery was available a few weeks ago and I will thanks to the "author" of this concept Maybe some of you will invent a triangle or a square battery mod ;p )
Anyway, I will release different future version of this mod (color change and other things maybe).

I redrew the circle which is divided into 20 segments which one of them represents 5% of battery for version A and B only
Later, I made a plain circle battery for some version.
Other versions are created by other users and I want to congratulate and to thank them for making some new versions

For the version I made, I use the DroidSans font, size 12, to make all the numbers.
I don't take the credit for the "plug symbol" when the battery is charging.

• It took a lot of effort and time from us to make this kitchen and it takes a lot more to maintain it .Users should realise this and appreciate the work done.
  
  
• Bugs and errors (except decompiling error) will be tried to solve but we need the code you receive back when you upload your file. backups of the same will be kept for 2 days . so if you have an error respond within that time
  
  
• We are not responsible for any damage that occurs to your device by the use of the themes created here though if such an unfortunate event occurs do tell us we'll be happy to help
  
  
  
• There is a lot more to come in the near future like changing the status bar,icons, notification screen, the popups etc etc.
