Need help and advise for installing CFW on 5800

I have a nokia 5800 Xpressmusic V52.0.007 RM-356.I'm planning to install a CFW.I have a few doubts.
1.Is it possible to go back to the original nokia firmware if i don't like the CFW(just like uninstalling an app)?
2.Can i use Ovi maps,Ovi store and other nokia services even after installing the CFW?

Also suggest some good CFW.

i use rky v18 by rawand kurty it is based on c6
