you should download with NaviFirm+ 1.2 a euro 1 nokia firmware version 13.16 ; use Phoenix Service Software 2011_2_0_44842_Cracked with a performed 64 bit computer(no pentium 4, possibly use i-3 and up procesor). I did the same with a rogers nokia n8 and it worked, it even debrands the phone. you can find in the site the instructions how to flash the phone with phoenix service

from my experience: First I send the phone to a chinese guy and paid 30$ to set it sim-free and a day later it was indeed sim-free(by that time the NaviFirm+ 1.2 wasn't around and this version is much better that the precedents and I used a old compiuter); some time later with my new compiuter, the euro 1 nokia firmware version 13.16 code 0599814 and Phoenix Service Software 2011_2_0_44842 cracked, I updated my phone to 013.16 and later to the last update directly from the phone, for sure it shows the code 059d391, but it doesn't have the Rogers logo in the opening of the phone and I can use GSM and 3G network(before it was showing only 3G). I don't know if I could sim-freed the phone by updating the phone with Phoenix Service Software 2011_2_0_44842(I guess yes), but by now I can use differnt sims and the phone seems debranded to me(no network logo, I can use ovi store and updating from the phone with no problem). I even messed the phone trying to downgrade from 014.002 to 013.016 and I thought the phone was dead, so I did a dead flash with Phoenix Service Software 2011_2_0_44842_Cracked after downloading the update from Tools-Data package downloa of Phoenix and I flashed successfully the version 014.002.
