Did you edit the firmware or is it the stock..???
Windows 7 32bit is ok for Phoenix and not the 64bit because of driver compatibility issues.
Anyways does your phone vibrate..???
If so then you can recover your phone easily using phoenix bro.
1. Ensure you have a good working version of phoenix(many flashes fail because of bad cracks) and a stable low speed internet connection(for downloading drivers)
2. Download the firmware for your file from navifirm and place them in to "Sys Drive:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Products\RM-XXX"
3. Install Nokia Suite and exit it and disable real time protection of any AV's you have in your PC. Switch of your phone and remove battery.
4. Open phoenix.
5. Make sure that the connection prompt shows "NO CONNECTION".
6. Select open product and type your RM-XXX code in to search and select ok.
7. Open Flashing-> Firmware Update and wait for flashing window to open.
8. Now tick the "Dead Phone USB Flashing" option
9. If phoenix automatically detects your product information well and good if not, browse and select the prod code.
10. Select refurbish for flashing to begin.
11. Now when it shows "Waiting for USB Device", connect the USB cable to the phone and PC, then insert the battery.
12. Device Manager will start searching for drivers from internet and install a Nokia Flashing Parent.
13. And phoenix will start flashing your phone.
Warn : It is better to leave your UAC off for the entire flashing process so better turn it off before beginning the Flashing.
